A Public Hearing will be conducted on the Referendum question, which will be the subject of a referendum vote on November 7, 2017, to construct and equip a new high school. Click HERE for the full Public Hearing Notice and text of the referendum question.

The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm, Monday, October 23, 2017, at the Morse High School Cafeteria, 826 High St., Bath.

We will be issuing bonds for $74 MILLION in the name of the RSU1, but the State of Maine is responsible for all EXCEPT the $7.9 million as the local share.  Within the $7.9 local share, there is also a $700,000 component that is specific to fundraising.   You may view Maine Dept of Education's letter HERE for further clarification.
