You Matter!!

Members from the community along with teachers, parents, staff members, and friends gathered Friday morning alongside the Midcoast Community Alliance to take part in their "You Matter" Campaign. In 2017 on the Maine Integrated Youth Health Survey, only 62% of middle school students indicated that they felt they mattered to their community. The Midcoast Community Alliance wants to improve that percentage!

This was a wonderfully positive way to start the day for our school community!  The message that "you matter" will be underscored with our students through a video message from the community and wrist bands that they will see over the next couple of days.  To view this video, please click HERE.

We can not wait to see your stories unfold! Here at WCS and all over, You Matter!
